Do I need to pre-order my food?

Yes – You can order online 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. All meals are tailored to YOUR needs. To order meals click here.

How do I cook and how long do I microwave my meal for?

Place the container (remove lid) in the microwave – Depending on the wattage we recommend cooking between 2 and 4 mins or until piping hot (Guidelines Only)

All Macros are on our new ordering system so once you order you will see what ingredients you choose have what macros in them allowing you to freely change before you submit your meal choices.

Collection / Delivery Information

Collection is available from our premises in Sunderland – We are closed Thursdays. Please see our collection / delivery schedules. We try to keep to these but during exceptionally busy times we may have to contact you to arrange alternative days to collect or deliver your meals.
